Pat Walsh is a senior project manager with a quantity surveying background who has worked in the USA, UK and Ireland. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Project Management group of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI).

Pat has been responsible for the project management of the primary Dublin inner city development (Temple Bar) from 1991 – 1999 and progressed to Managing Director of MMP Project Management where he was responsible for several major Irish developments.

Belmayne Residential Development
Project Manager for pyrite remediation work to 60 residential units and fire remediation works to 232 units. Duties included project management and liaising with legal teams on litigation issues.

Parkside Residential Development phase 1 (166 units) /Albany Killiney ( 20 units )
Management of design development and planning permission application, liaising with local authorities, HomeBond, ESB, Irish Water and Eircom. Management of construction programme, completion and handover protocols.
